Return Policy
RETURN POLICY
- Unopened and unused products in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of receipt at the sender’s expense for return shipping.
- Other returns will not be accepted unless your order was incorrect or arrived damaged.
- Custom orders, including bulk/wholesale purchases subject to a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) are final sale unless deemed DOA or defective.Â
- Smoker’s Emporium reserves the right to implement “restocking fees” on a case by case basis.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS
- If an order arrives damaged, please email us within 14 calendar days of delivery at: support@smokersemporium.ca
- Please provide a description and 3 or more pictures of the damaged products. Video documentation can also be sent if warranted.
- If you are entitled to a replacement, our Incident Management Team will personally handle your request within 24hrs.
- If you are entitled to a refund, one will be sent to you within 72hrs.
PRODUCT WARRANTIES
- All product warranties are handled directly by the manufacturer.
- All products sold include a full manufacturer's warranty.
