Return Policy


  • Unopened and unused products in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of receipt at the sender’s expense for return shipping.
  • Other returns will not be accepted unless your order was incorrect or arrived damaged.
  • Smoker’s Emporium will never charge “restocking fees”.

  • If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 3 calendar days of receipt at:
  • Please provide a description and 2-3 pictures of the damaged products.
  • If you are entitled to a replacement, our Incident Management Team will personally handle your request within 24hrs.
  • If you are entitled to a refund, one will be sent to you within 72hrs.


  • All product warranties are handled directly by the manufacturer.
  • All products sold include a full manufacturer's warranty.
