Shipping and Taxes

Canada:

• Smoker's Emporium has implemented a tax free e-commerce structure for customers.
• We offer Free Shipping on orders above $75 anywhere in Canada via Canada Post Regular Parcel, with the exception of our "pick up/curbside promo's" which are for local customers - many of whom are medical patients. Packages mailed through this option include tracking but no insurance.
• Canada Post Expedited shipping for Canadian orders over $75 is available for a flat rate of $4.99 and includes insurance. 
• After your order has shipped, a Canada Post tracking number will be sent to the email provided in your order.

Shipping Restrictions:.

• If you reside in a rural or remote location, please allow additional time for your delivery.
• If paying with PayPal, we can only ship your order to the address that is registered with PayPal in order to qualify for seller protection. This protects us from fraudulent orders and helps to keep our prices as competitive as possible.

International Shipping:

• Smoker's Emporium ships worldwide based on weight and distance.
• International orders may be subject to additional duties, taxes, or tariffs at the buyer's expense. However we do what we can to help mitigate this via our courtesy service.
